Two apartments were combined to create 3,200 square feet of living space. The homeowners planned to move from their upstate farm house to NYC full-time and so the design was developed to include many of the finishes that reminded them of their upstate home such as wide-planked floors, cerused oak trim, and reclaimed materials to create a warm palette throughout.
